Uses of Life Insurance in Estate Planning Post-American Taxpayer Relief Act”

Life insurance in Estate Planning prior to 2012 was predominately used as means to fund estate tax payments.  With the passage of the American Taxpayer Relief Act and the increase of the Estate & Gift Tax Exemptions, that has changed dramatically for most estates.  Come to this meeting and learn about:

  •            Current Trends,
  •     Policy review opportunities,
  •       Trust owned life insurance,
  •        Life insurance in business succession, and
  •        Cash flow/income planning.
